Department of Accounting FEB UMM Explores Cooperation with Department of Accounting of FEB UTM; Discuss the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and MBKM

The Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang is exploring cooperation with the Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trunojoyo University, Madura. This initiation activity was carried out online through the Zoom platform on July 14, 2022.

From Accounting FEB UMM, the Head of Accounting Study Program, Dr. driana leniwati, MSA., Ak. Along with secretaries of study programs 1 and 2, the head of the Accounting Laboratory, the Head of the Center for Accounting Development (PPA), and the head of the Cooperation and Internationalization Division. Meanwhile, from the Accounting Study Program, FEB UTM, the Dean Dr. Sutikno, SE. ME, Head of Accounting Department Dr Rita Yuliana, SE., MSA., Ak. Together with the head of the S1 study program Alexander Anggono, Ph.D. In addition, the heads of study programs from S-2 and D3 Accounting FEB UTM also participated.

The agreement was agreed to include the tri dharma of higher education, namely education, research, and community service, as well as cooperation to succeed in the Merdeka Learn Lectures of Merdeka (MBKM). The cooperation agreement will cover various agreed matters including collaboration between study programs in each faculty.

Mudrifah, SE., MM. as the head of Cooperation and Internationalization of the Accounting Study Program FEB UMM said that the pilot of this collaboration would later be agreed upon at the faculty level by both parties, "The collaboration will be discussed in more detail at an offline meeting, Insya Allah, in August at FEB UMM. We hope that this collaboration will add to the networking of study programs and faculties to support the implementation of MBKM," she concluded. The two faculties also hope that the finalization and signing of the collaboration will be realized quickly so that collaboration between the two faculties can be carried out immediately.
