Improving Academic Quality, FEB UMM conducted an Internal Quality Audit

According to the vision of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, which aims to become a higher education institution recognized at the ASEAN level in the field of economics and business with a foundation of Islamic values by 2030, FEB UMM needs to carry out quality assurance. AMI Auditor Dr. Hari Windu Asrini, M.Sc. (auditor I) and Dr. Ir. Wahono, MT, and reviewer Dr. Atok Muftachul Huda, M.Pd, who was appointed by the UMM Internal Quality Assurance Agency (BPMI) led by Dr. Muslimin Machmud, M.Sc., has carried out this audit in GKB Meeting Room 2, 1st floor, FEB UMM. This activity aims to evaluate the readiness of FEB UMM in implementing the tridharma of higher education and as preparation for the BAN-PT conversion supplement instrument (ISK).

Apart from that, the dean's ranks, study program chairs and secretaries, as well as the SPMI FEB UMM document drafting team were also present at this activity. Dean of FEB UMM, Dr. Idah Zuhroh, MM, in her speech, thanked the team of auditors who had agreed to carry out an internal quality audit at FEB UMM. He also presented the FEB UMM performance report for the 2019-2020 academic year, noting several achievements such as national level, A BAN PT accreditation for all study programs, study programs at FEB which are centers of excellence, on-time graduation rates, and acceptance of FEB UMM graduates in international companies. This received positive appreciation from the BPMI auditor team.

During the core agenda, auditors carry out audits through the SPMI management information system provided by BPMI UMM, which makes it easier for auditees to enter work results/work programs that have been prepared. The hope in the future is that the results of the internal quality audit carried out by BPMI will provide input and quality improvements for UPPS at FEB UMM
